Bio
Sumit Kumar is a doctoral candidate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where he is currently pursuing his PhD in the field of Self Supervised Learning for Audio Event Detection. He holds a Master’s degree (M.Tech) from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur. Sumit’s research interests primarily focus on developing innovative approaches for audio event detection using self-supervised learning techniques. His work aims to advance the understanding and application of machine learning algorithms in the audio domain.
